Dress for Success® Worldwide is the leading global nonprofit employment resource for unemployed and underemployed women, and has been at the forefront of women’s economic empowerment for over 27 years.

Founded in 1997, Dress for Success® has grown to 130 affiliates across 15 countries, empowering more than 1.3 million women to achieve career success.

With the goal of uniting the “Your Hour Her Power” and “Women Who Inspire” campaigns under one cohesive identity, I reimagined the initiative’s visual direction to reflect a look that is both modern and distinctly feminine.
